Corporate Social Responsibility

The CSR Division is the philanthropic arm of Al Ahli Holding Group. Its aim is to develop the Emirati and Arab youth by building their entrepreneurial skills through initiatives that will broaden their horizons and exposure, as well as programs that will support and encourage the development of interpersonal and business skills.Vision: To build a well developed and professional Emirati and Arab generation that can compete and lead in the national and international labour and business markets.Mission: To be a leading example as a private sector that is active in contributing actual social responsibility to Arab youth. CSR Division Objectives• Create young Emirati business leaders and help them initiate their own SME’s and sustain them.• Provide unique educational and personal experience for the youth.• Breaking down cultural, religious, ethnic and racial intolerances and/or barriers.• Create a worldwide network of young leaders.• Bridge the gap between the UAE and different countries and continents.CSR Initiatives We believe in the endless potential of young people and have admiration for the talents, creativity, perspectives and visions of each and every one of them. To support youth development and inspire the future of 100 million Arab youths who need to be engaged, both within their communities and economies, in order to fully contribute to the peaceful and stable development of their countries.
