Salem Khammas, as Executive Director of the Al Ahli Holding Group, provides ‘hands on’ leadership to manage all facets of Al Ahli Holding Group, which is a multi-disciplined national company that was founded in the late 1960’s and has a diverse portfolio of activities ranging from real estate to turnkey construction, engineering products and factories, shopping malls and retail, cement, printing, plastic manufacturing, theme parks and strategic and innovative developments - a total of 20 diverse and growing businesses.Mr. Khammas is a strong, motivated and passionate professional who at a very young age has faced real life decision making challenges from the mundane to the most complex, which require sophisticated thinking and sustained application. He has been organisationally trained to think through and execute formidable tasks under stress conditions with no scope for failure. He demonstrates very high standards of integrity and loyalty, recognises patterns in business, exercises judgments, takes risks, innovates, motivates, builds trust and leverages multiple teams to deliver the most with maximum economy of effort.Armed with solid management and financial background in the banking sector over 6 years, he has had constant classroom and on job training in areas as diverse as Strategic Planning, Finance, Human Resource Management, Sales, Communication Campaigns, Operations, Project Management, Relationship Management, Quality Management, Logistics and Transport Management and so on. Indeed there is hardly any domain of expertise that has been left untouched. Continuous training and practical experience over the years has made him a problem solver.
